We see homes for sale in Las Vegas all the time but what we don't see as much anymore are homes for rent in Las Vegas. As the Las Vegas homes market start to stabilize we notice that people are not afraid to make real estate purchases anymore. As one Las Vegas real estate agent told us Ran Tadmor with Majestic Property, homes for sale in Las Vegas are sold at below what it would cost to build in many cases so there's nothing to fear. Anytime your buying real estate an any major city and your buying the property below what it would cost to build your probably playing it safe. In the Las Vegas real estate market we're seeing many homes for sale still below where the price should be. As you look at the MLS you'll see Las Vegas homes for sale with so much value and not to mention the current finance rates. Many people are looking at homes for sale in Las Vegas from other states just because it's cheaper to buy a home in Las Vegas than rent in most other cities. I just had a client close on a home with a payment of less than $600 a month, this was unheard of a few years ago. Las Vegas is still a growing city and real estate is something that will always be needed. As a whole real estate agent Ran Tadmor has a good point, people will always have the need to own their own home it's a sense of accomplishment and now seems to be a great time to look at homes for sale in Las Vegas. But if we learned one thing from the past, real estate will always have it's ups and downs but if you can purchase you residential home with a low interest rate at a good price it shouldn't really matter we all have to live somewhere you might as well make it as affordable as possible.
